Shape & Shine's Workout Factory comprises of two sections i.e., cardio-vascular section, strength section. The equipment in the cardio-vascular section, like treadmill, cross trainer, bikes, helps to build stamina as well as the heart muscles. The strength section has equipment including machines like multi-gym, leg/calf press, chest press etc.
